Richard C. Balough has been quoted in connection with his successful motion to dismiss a closely watched Twitter defamation lawsuit, Horizon Group Management, LLC v. Amanda Bonnen. The McCormick Freedom Project  interviewed Mr. Balough and reports on the judge’s explanation of her ruling that the May 2009 tweet was not defamatory as a matter of law.
