Nova Law Review Symposium Hears AI Presentation by Richard C. Balough

(October 1, 2018) Who owns the intellectual property created by artificial intelligence will be explored by Richard C. Balough at the 2018 Nova Law Review Symposium. He will review current intellectual property laws in the United States and discuss whether those laws are applicable to intellectual property that results from machine learning and other artificial intelligence means.

Mr. Balough’s presentation is part of a day long symposium on “Progression 2018: Using Law to Facilitate an Efficacious Innovation Economy.” The Nova Law Review is associated with the Shepard Board College of Law of Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
